How engagements work. Scoped. Direct. Finite.

Every engagement is scoped per client — across process, strategy, capital, and market-entry work alike. There is no menu of packages, no off-the-shelf retainer. The process below is how we get from inquiry to working relationship.

Inquiry

You submit a brief inquiry through the contact form. The team reads it personally, usually the same day.

Scoping Call

If the situation is a fit, we schedule a scoping call — 45 to 60 minutes — to understand the decision in front of you and what success would look like.

Engagement Letter

We send a written engagement letter: scope, duration, deliverables, and fee. Nothing starts until both sides have signed.

Work

The work runs through senior people on the team directly. Most engagements last between four and twelve weeks; long-term retainer arrangements are available for the right institutional clients.

Engagements are scoped per client. Fees reflect the work, the duration, and the stakes — not a rate card. Most engagements are fixed-fee with milestones; institutional retainers and equity- participation arrangements are available where appropriate.

You will see the fee in writing before any work begins.
